You have to deal with games, practices, dinners, family situations, traffic, and well, just life in general. And we know that things can get pretty hectic. Sometimes even pull your hair out hectic. (I do not recommend this strategy for bald people. Actually I don't recommend it at all. It's rather painful.) So to help us all out - you, your students, the kitchen staff, me...all of us... - I highly recommend setting an alarm or reminder on your phone to put lunches in every week before Sunday night at 11:59.   Basketball 2/24-2/25 - TACS MS Regional Basketball Tournament 2/21 - VG, Home, South Haven, 5:00 2/21 - VB, Home, South Haven, 6:30   Parent Page Podcast   Lost & Found Sale, 2/26-2/28 To avoid terrorizing small children who pass by the bins, we will be having a lost & found sale next Wednesday through Friday. So if you've misplaced something, or maybe haven't seen your favorite pair of socks or hairbow in a while, you may want to dig through before the sale. That's when it's free to reclaim. Once it hits the tables, you know what happens.  If you love a good sale where everything is only $1, you'll want to stop by and peruse the items. I'm sure there are a few who, like me, thought we were beginning spring a little early this year. Then the weather decided we'd had enough beautiful days and threw a hissy weather fit. Yes. It's a real thing.  If your student is coughing, sneezing, wheezing, or complaining that they aren't feeling we...

Remember to turn your clock back 1 hour this Saturday evening for Daylight Savings Time!   Early Voting Ends 10/31; Election Day - 11/5 It only comes around every 4 years - the chance to choose who will lead our country for the next term.  Everyone has an opinion. Everyone wants a say. It saddens me to hear people say things like, my vote won't count, or, it doesn't matter anyway so I'm just not going to. It does matter. It's a chance to voice your opinion. To have some input regarding the biggest job in the country. Seems rather important, doesn't it? Tomorrow is the last day you can early vote and skip big lines. Be heard. Do your duty - whether your candidate wins or not - at least you had a say. And you took part in one of the freedoms we have as Americans. The actual day to vote (with those super duper long lines) is November 5th. Don't miss this chance to make history. Yes, history. No matter the outcome, you can be proud of the fact that you had a...

Cross Country 8/16 - MS & Varsity, Siegel High, Away, 6:00  Golf 8/18 - Varsity, Merrol Hyde, Away, 3:30 Volleyball 8/18 - Varsity, Lancaster, Home, 5:00 Patience...patience...patience I don't know if you noticed it or not, but it seems like this past summer just sped by like it was on two wheels. It felt like it barely even started before it was already over. But, no use crying over the inevitable. School had to restart so right now seems like as good a time as any. So welcome back to the returning students - we missed you. School just isn't the same when y'all aren't here. And welcome to the new students - we cannot wait to make your acquaintance and get to know you better. I hope your week - and your student's week - was excellent. If it wasn't, well, I hope it was mostly good. Of course, there were some kinks along the way and that elementary secretary seemed a little scratchy at times (I'm so very sorry. I hate being scratchy and I am determined t...
