Parent Page Podcast Time Change Sunday, 3/9 It's your favorite time of year. That fine moment in time when you only spring forward an hour but it takes you an entire week to recover. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way. Yes. It'll take me a solid week to feel like I'm back on track. Why is that?! It's got to be psychosomatic.  Anyway. All that to say that you need to set your clock forward an hour this Saturday. Sportsman's Night, 3/8 Join us for FRBC's annual Sportsman's Night, March 8th! Come get in line for the archery shoot, rock wall climbing, and my personal favorite, axe throwing starting at 2 pm. Followed at 5 pm with the outdoor seminar and dinner featuring the Chad Schearer family at 3148 Franklin Road, Murfreesboro, TN.  All attendees will be eligible to win door prizes like hunting and fishing gear, wolf muzzleloaders, compound bows, and more, all wrapped up in a great time with some pretty great people.  Register ...

Enrollment Now Open The day your friends have been waiting for is finally here. Tomorrow, enrollment opens to the general public so if you haven't paid registration fees yet and intend to, do not wait. Please. I beg you. Tomorrow may be too late... End of 3rd Quarter, 3/8 Next Friday is the end of the 3rd quarter. Which means that Monday all students should see a light at the end of their tunnel. Whether that light is a good thing or a train light remains to be determined. Please don't delay. Get your missing assignments, quizzes, and tests completed and turned in. No one wants a 0. Those don't help grades. Sportsman's Night, 3/9 Are you looking for something different to share with your family? Are you tired of going to the same things over and over? When you think of Chuck E. Cheese, does it make you shudder and grimace?  I have good news. Join us Saturday, March 9th for our annual Sportsman's Night with Chad and Marsha Shearer and get a chance to win some pr...

You have to deal with games, practices, dinners, family situations, traffic, and well, just life in general. And we know that things can get pretty hectic. Sometimes even pull your hair out hectic. (I do not recommend this strategy for bald people. Actually I don't recommend it at all. It's rather painful.) So to help us all out - you, your students, the kitchen staff, me...all of us... - I highly recommend setting an alarm or reminder on your phone to put lunches in every week before Sunday night at 11:59.   Cross Country 8/16 - MS & Varsity, Siegel High, Away, 6:00  Golf 8/18 - Varsity, Merrol Hyde, Away, 3:30 Volleyball 8/18 - Varsity, Lancaster, Home, 5:00 Patience...patience...patience I don't know if you noticed it or not, but it seems like this past summer just sped by like it was on two wheels. It felt like it barely even started before it was already over. But, no use crying over the inevitable. School had to restart so right now seems like as good a time as any. So welcome back to the returning students - we missed you. School just isn't the same when y'all aren't here. And welcome to the new students - we cannot wait to make your acquaintance and get to know you better. I hope your week - and your student's week - was excellent. If it wasn't, well, I hope it was mostly good. Of course, there were some kinks along the way and that elementary secretary seemed a little scratchy at times (I'm so very sorry. I hate being scratchy and I am determined t...

It's a whopper but I'm positive you want to know all the things so I'll try my hardest to use bullet points to help navigate upcoming activities. 5/17 - MS Awards, 6:00 pm church auditorium 5/19 - 6th Grade Banquet & Graduation, 6:00 5/20 - K5 Play, Graduation, and Elementary Awards (1st-5th grades), 6:00 church ...
