Re-enrollment The time has come. Re-enrollment for next year will open to current FRCS families/students on February 1st. Non-enrolled siblings are eligible to enroll February 15th. Here's the deal.  Every year, we send out packets for re-enrollment, and people get those back into the office rather quickly. But then they forget to pay the registration fee of $400 to secure their student's spot until the end of the month. Not a good idea. Many people have already pre-paid for their non-enrolled student's sibling and spots are given in the order of payment received. Please, I beg you, get your registration fees turned into the office as soon as possible. You do not have to wait until February 1st. If you turn the money in now, it won't go into effect until the allotted time, but spots are filled in the order of payment received.  Here's an example: Sally, a current student going into 3rd grade, fills out the registration form on February ...

TAACS Tournament Results Do you remember how last week I mentioned the whole Tournament Results thing for TSIAA? This isn't the same article. Nor is it about the same games. Whole new games with a similar result and we're ecstatic about it. We're talking about the TAACS Tournament that we just went through.  Both teams, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys took State Champs (the crowd goes wild!) Varsity Girls MVP - Kayte Madison Bjornstad All Tournament goes to Presley Applegate, Bryleigh Dempsey, and Gracie Tidwell Varsity Boys MVP was Tripp Walker All Tournament went to Judson Bjornstad, Parker Applegate, and Noah Pence     Girl Car GIF from Girl GIFs Dropping Off In The Mornings  Did you know that we have a dedicated place to actually drop your children off for school? It's true, we do. And it may not be where you thought it was. I run the risk of being Captain Obvious here, but I'm going to anyway. The official place is...drum roll...the east side of the building....

You have to deal with games, practices, dinners, family situations, traffic, and well, just life in general. And we know that things can get pretty hectic. Sometimes even pull your hair out hectic. (I do not recommend this strategy for bald people. Actually I don't recommend it at all. It's rather painful.) So to help us all out - you, your students, the kitchen staff, me...all of us... - I highly recommend setting an alarm or reminder on your phone to put lunches in every week before Sunday night at 11:59. Yes. I sai...

It felt like it barely even started before it was already over. But, no use crying over the inevitable. School had to restart so right now seems like as good a time as any. So welcome back to the returning students - we missed you. School just isn't the same when y'all aren't here. And welcome to the new students - we cannot wait to make your acquaintance and get to know you better. I hope your week - and your student's week - was excellent. If it wasn't, well, I hope it was mostly good. Of course, there were some kinks along the way and that elementary secretary seemed a little scratchy at times (I'm so very sorry. I hate being scratchy and I am determined t...

Tomorrow is the day the EFS applications roll-out. 12:00 noon is the time, so please, have all your documents uploaded and stored on your computer for ease of access because as soon as the clock tolls 12, things may get congested and a little bit laggish. Good luck and we wish you the best.  Oh yea. Here's the link. So Many Things, 5/17-5/23 I apologize in advance for the length of this week's Parent Page.
