  Basketball 2/27-3/1 - TACS Varsity Basketball Tournament Parent Page Podcast Brownie Sundae Sale on Friday, 2/28 Not sure if you noticed or not with all those wonderful, I mean, erm, rotten, snow days we had off, the seniors were supposed to be selling their brownie sundaes on Friday. Obviously, that didn't happen. So it's going to happen this Friday. Which is tomorrow. No. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence. I'm just reminding myself to bring my $2 so I, too, may indulge in an ooey gooey yummilicious brownie sundae treat. Because I feel I have earned it.      Enrollment Now Open The day your friends have been waiting for is finally here. Tomorrow, enrollment opens to the general public so if you haven't paid registration fees yet and intend to, do not wait. Please. I beg you. Tomorrow may be too late... End of 3rd Quarter, 3/8 Next Friday is the end of the 3rd quarter. Which means that Monday all students should see a light at the end of their tunnel. Whether that light is a good thing or a train light remains to be determined. Please don't delay. Get your missing assignments, quizzes, and tests completed and turned in. No one wants a 0. If you're planning on staying here at FRCS, please get your enrollment fees in as soon as possible. Space is limited and we really don't want anyone to miss out.   Spring Sports Practice Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - unless there is a game or no school.  MS Baseball, 6th-8th grades - Coach Nate Reed - 5:00-6:30 Varsity Softball, 7th-12th grades - Coach Ashlynn Olsen - 3:15-4:45 Varsity Girls Soccer, 7th-12th grades - Coach Nate Bancroft - 4:00-5:30 Varsity Baseball, 9th-12th - Coach Justin Pearson - 3:15-4:45, Tryouts: 3/7-3/8 If you're not sure if you have a current physical, please stop by the elementary office and ask. We can tell you right away what you need to complete your file.   Varsity State Tournament Results Last weekend our Varsity boys were crowned State Champions, woot woot! How exciting is that?! All Tournament was Noah Pence, Judson Bjornstad, and Tripp Walker, and the MVP went to Noah Tidwell. While our girls gave it a great shot, they came up just a little short, losing in the semi-finals. It felt like it barely even started before it was already over. But, no use crying over the inevitable. School had to restart so right now seems like as good a time as any. So welcome back to the returning students - we missed you. School just isn't the same when y'all aren't here. And welcome to the new students - we cannot wait to make your acquaintance and get to know you better. I hope your week - and your student's week - was excellent.   Voucher Time 5/15 12:00 noon No, it is not Thursday. No I have not lost my mind (fooled you!), and no. I'm not trying to rush things. Just wanted to send out this week's Parent Page today (Wednesday) to give everyone a quick reminder that... Tomorrow is the day the EFS applications roll-out. 12:00 noon is the time, so please, have all your documents uploaded and stored on your computer for ease of access because as soon as the clock tolls 12, things may get congested and a little bit laggish.
