Baseball 5/12, home, 5:00 pm End of the Year I've been saying the same thing for a few weeks, but yea, we're down to single digits before we officially begin summer vacation. That's if you're not a Senior. That particular group of students have been very eager to tell me repeatedly that 'today is my last day' or 'this is the last time you'll see me, Mrs. Stephan,' or my particular favorite, 'you're going to miss me aren't you' which they very well know that yes, I'm going to miss them. Terribly. As in really really bad. I think they like to see me cry. Hmm. But the good news is, I have the rest of the students for another couple of days. And boy are those days full of fun things like awards ceremonies, exams, exam passes if they got one, and lots of good things. Things that won't be repeated until next year. The gist of the whole thing is you're almost done with this school year. So finish strong. Get all the things done...

You have to deal with games, practices, dinners, family situations, traffic, and well, just life in general. And we know that things can get pretty hectic. Sometimes even pull your hair out hectic. (I do not recommend this strategy for bald people. Actually I don't recommend it at all. It's rather painful.) So to help us all out - you, your students, the kitchen staff, me...all of us... - I highly recommend setting an alarm or reminder on your phone to put lunches in every week before Sunday night at 11:59.
