Remember to turn your clock back 1 hour this Saturday evening for Daylight Savings Time!

No Preschool, 11/3

Just a quick reminder that there will be no preschool this Friday, November 3rd. Kindgergarten through 12th grade will have school, so don't let your student pull the wool over your eyes. :) (We know they wouldn't do that, but just in case.)

Missions Conference, 11/12-11/15

Join us November 12-15 for our annual Missions Conference in the church auditorium. Sunday - 6:30 pm, Monday - Wednesday - 7:00 pm. Come meet the people God has called to go and serve those in other countries who may not have heard the Good News of Christ—the Savior of the world. It's truly a magical and heartwarming time here at FRBC and we'd like you to be a part of it.

Class Photos & Picture Retakes, 11/13

If -

  • you're new here
  • you're part of a class
  • you were sick the day pictures were scheduled in August
  • you just want to wear a different outfit because you misunderstood the teacher and thought it was pajama day or your hair was standing on end,
then this is for you. Class Photos and Picture Retakes will occur November 13th. Please come prepared and look nice. Preschool classes will have their photos taken by 9 am. Please don't be late.

Thanksgiving Luncheon, 11/21

It's the time of year when we invite everyone to gather together and give thanks here at the school so - this is your official invite to come and eat lunch with your student. There will be turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls, pies, desserts, and the list goes on. (Preschool through 6th graders are welcome to dress up as Pilgrims and Indians - it's super cute to see them all. Makes my day happy.)

  • 4th grade and older - tickets are $10
  • 3rd grade and younger - tickets are $8
  • 2 years and younger - free
Order the appropriate amount of trays either online via Renweb or come into the office and pick up your tickets here. A flyer will be coming home soon. Please answer and return to your student's teacher

Please note: everyone who wants to eat Thanksgiving supper will need to order a plate or purchase a ticket. Including students.

Half Day, 11/22

We understand that perhaps your skirt or your pants won't fit as well the following day. Which encourages us to let your students out at 11:30 on Wednesday, November 22nd. Actually it's because we know you have a ton to do and we'd like to help out.

Thanksgiving Break, 11/23-11/24

I feel this is a common sense thing here, but it behooves me to let you know that there will be no school Thursday and Friday, November 23rd & 24th.

Thursday and Friday of last week ushered in the last of the Soccer and Volleyball season and boy was it productive! Congratulations to -
  • the boys soccer team as they won the State Championship, making this year a 3-peat.
  • All Tournament Team - Easton Robertson, Josiah Abraham, and Ty Fuqua.
  • MVP - Maddox Robertson

Volleyball -
  • won all, making this year 6 State Champs
  • All Tournament Team - Allie Lowhorn, Karis Moore, and Ellee English
  • MVP - Presley Applegate

Lunch Reminder!

Please remember to place your student's lunches in by Sunday evening before 11:59 for the upcoming week. This helps our amazing kitchen staff to prepare enough food for all who would like a hot lunch. Should your weekends be crazy busy, (trust me, we understand the busy), you may preorder lunches weeks in advance. You are not charged for lunches until your student receives them.

Hope this helps answer your questions!

Just a thought.   And for those of you who like to be extra prepared and ready, please enjoy the exam schedule below: Thank You We know
